I've seen the question asked on various forums: "why can't outlook fully sync with android devices?" Unfortunately, the answers are usually "just sync with Google Calendar/Gmail contacts.

So why can't Android devices fully sync with Outlook (contacts, calendar, notepad, tasks)? Isn't it just a software issue?

HTC Android devices have (or at least they did have- HTC Sync) a means to sync with Outlook while Motorola did not. Don't know if anything has changed or not.

I think there is a version of CompanionLink that will do it. MissingSync should work if you are using a Mac.

In all honesty it's a google phone so it works best with google calendar. But most use gmail and google sync for outlook.
