Bold Problem

When i restart the phone sometimes it has a hard time getting back to normal. It takes forever to load everything after i enter my password in. The often it gives me a message saying that there was an error with blackberry messenger i thing and after that i cant open up my texts. Then on top of that it says i have new texts in my box but ive already opened them weeks before.... Any ideas? BTW its on that new operating system 5.0.0.822 i think.
