I think it's the best out of the 3 builds. I've seen too many bugs and problems with .214 & .215. It's more or less my personal opinion. But hey, .216 is coming soon, real soon.

I been using .210 for about two weeks and just today while using BBM, the screen just went white on my (twice). I had to do a battery pull.
Has anyone else noticed this with .210?

New version coming out soon. Watch for WorldIRC's new thread (and thus, the leak)...

It would be cool for once if WorldIRC got a leaked OS before it was mentioned here.

live search will NOT work with anything beyond 185 until microsoft releases an update. the ball is in their court, not RIM's.

What do you mean the ball is in their court? Why is it up to them? RIM is the one that won't it be compatible. If it was working with .185 and below, there is no reason why it shouldn't work with the new releases.

It's up to the application developer to ensure compatibility with the OS... not the other way around.
You can't possibly expect RIM to develop an OS which is backwards compatible with every single piece of third-party software. That would be asinine.

I don't mean it like that, but if it was already compatible with 4.6, then why would a patch make it incompatible? Yes, that would be on RIM, because it was compatible and then they made it incompatible.

I just put .214 on my Bold and the picture thumbnails came back (from .190) but my home screen reverts back to the AT&T logo instead of my beautiful Cape Cod sunset, after I sync! Anyone know what .215 gives you that .214 doesn't?

For what it's worth, .215 caused my Bold to random reset. I was not on .214 long enough (since it came out what seemed like a day after .214) to know how stable .214 was. I went back to .210, and my Bold is happy again. I *think* the resets were caused by a Beta version of BeeJive I was running, but I honestly have no idea... I am just trying to offer some clues in case someone else is experiencing this with .215.

.216 went backwards with the radio/platform code, reverting back to the version that came with the .214 install. I would recommend sticking with .214 until you can find .216.

Hey jibi, sorry, I am a bit confused. Did you mean to reference .215 somewhere in your post?

The radio code in .215 was bad. .216 is using the same radio code as .214.
In other words - don't use .215!

I agree! I've had multiple spontaneous reboots on .215.

I've never had reboots with .215. The only thing I've noticed is that my Bold couldn't hold a wifi signal long enough. It keeps losing it and reconnecting again. I guess off to .216!
