everything was working so fine , when suddenly my bb started to "auto tap" the "7" and "x" button , so every 4 seconds it auto taps and in my "to call" screen apears just x7x7x7x7x7x7x7x7x7x7x7 in a never ending way..
i made a wipe and nothing
i want to reload the firmware but i dont know how , i have the 4.5 firmware
i want to know that it is a hardware or software problem , somebody can help?

sounds like a hardware problem or some sort of moisture damage.
