Default Help to turn off predictive text

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All, I am having my Bold repaired and so have gone back to my Pearl. I cant remember how to tuen off predictive text for writing SMS messages, anyone help?

The 8100 doesn't have "predictive" input.

You want to turn off the SureType, at options > language (or options > Screen/Keyboard), I believe. Set it for MulitiTap.

Wow, it's been a long time since I picked up a 8100.

you said that you have a pearl, but didn't mention what model... If it's an 8120 like mine, then go to options, then language, then input option, then un-check the option for predictive input....

rnh2112 - I can't say "thank you" enough times!

Ever since I switched from my old 8100 to an 8130 I have been so unhappy with predictive input and didn't find how to turn it off.

Default how to change input language

On the latest OS, i cannot find the language screen or language appearing newer in options, how do I change the input language??????
