I just got a new phone. This phone is going to someone else now. How can I go in and wipe off all my info off the phone??? Is there a option in the settings for it. And my name is on the bb messanger how can I get that off too??? Just trying to get it like new so when they get it they can set it up and none of my info is stored in it anymore

Looks like our SEARCH feature isn't working again today:

1. On the Home screen, select Options.

2. Select Security Options.

3. Click General Settings.

4. Press the Menu key.

5. Click Wipe Handheld.

6. Click Continue.

7. Type blackberry.

All the data will then be deleted.
