Default Won't recognize media card

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, I need help badly. I know my media card is still good as I just put it in another device and it worked perfect. But I put it in the Pearl and it doesn't even recognize that it's in there, even when I got to Adv Options and try to reformat it. I was on the phone with TMobile for 2 hours and got nowhere. :( All my contacts (upwards of 500) and pictures and music is on here, and I just bought this phone from ebay and everything else works....so far(ugh, I prolly made a mistake.....). I've had Blackberry's for the past 5 years and have really loved them, but the past 3 months I've gone through 3. I hope someone has an idea of what to do.....

What size is the card? There are limitations to SD card size depending on model and OS level. Can you describe what happens when you try and access it?

I have never owned a 81xx series phone, but from what the FAQ reads, upgrading the OS should make it happen. Your welcome.
