This is my second playbook and now I am on holiday for a month, away from support and where I bought it. Very frustrating experience and I would appreciate if anyone might be able to help.

This second Playbook has two red flashes and wont turn on from a black screen. It occurred booting up and just died. I have tried the following:

- charging it at the wall plug for two days.
- connecting it to the DS on the computer but it wont connect and therefore I can't update.
- Hard booting using the power and combinations of the volume button.

Nothing has worked unfortunately. Any help is greatly appreciated.

connect to a power source for 30 min, then press power button down along with Vol + - key for 10 seconds to reboot it.



try above a few times to get it to turn on.

knottyrope, thanks for taking the time to reply. I have tried this over and over with no luck. Every time I reboot or try to power on it flashes two red lights...

Any other ideas apart from returning it?
