ughh..i just dropped my pearl and now the screen is half white and messed up. i just receive my phone last week with t-mobile! what are my options in replacements/repairs?

you dropped it... stop dropping it! =) Try replacing it.. play dumb... maybe they will do it under warranty, but pal, my suggestion is own up to it like a man and be prepared to pay for a replacement.

Did you have it in a case? If not, does the case show much damage, no damage?

See my thread on a warranty replacement where I had my phone replaced [after dropping it]. On mine the speaker stopped working which has happened to others. Could not tell if it was because of the drop.

Guess you don't need the lectures, but on your new phone, get a Best Skins Ever skin and a hard plastic rubberized case or leather case that stays on the phone.

When mine dropped [on cement], there was not a mark on it. The Seidio rubberized case and BSE skin did their job.

Order up NOW and put the stuff on the phone as soon as you open the box.

i actually bought insurance today after i dropped it..the lady on the phone said that was fine. so, i guess i might have to end up paying the deductible. i know i should have put it in a skin, and there would have been no visible signs of damage! but, seriously, if a phone can't even take one drop! also, i'm a convert from sprint and was annoyed how t-mobile doesn't have any techs on site.

You're the first person I have read who actually dropped their Pearl and it messed up. Everybody else was amazed that theirs worked after terrible drops.
