I have a user who is getting this error when launching the RSA application. error starting securid:class.com rsa.securidlib.global info multiplied defined We use RSA 3.5.1 and user is on a 9900 with OS7.1. We did a security wipe on device. Deleted user from the BES then added him back to another server. After actiaving the devive again the user got the same error. Also what is strange is he got this error on his previous device. Is the BES/BAS keeping software configuration profiles. We have removed the software and reinstalled it sevral times and hard booted the device. Anybody seen this error before. BES5 Domino
