Hi,
i already config. my outlook (exchaange) on BB. In Outlook i creat sub folders in Inbox & set ruls for them. IN BB mail it showing all sub folder with inbox but no mails in sub folders. only inbox mails are shown.

Kindly reply on this on urgent basis..

You need to set up folder redirection or the subfolders in your mailbox.
Messages > Options > Email Settings > click menu button > Folder Redirection
Expand the folder structure and mark any folders you wish to be redirected.
