Help!? I just upgraded from curve to blackberry tour 9630, but very frequently when trying to open and view even simple yahoo email pages and ors the tour malfunctions and does not open the pages like when I click on an email subject line to open the emails bb instead opens blank page that just says in red letters "blackberry 8900 error encountered during xml parse. expecting an element"! (His makes the bb mostly useless for web browsing. How to fix?

Where is blackberry support!?
I even clicked blackberry support help in bb phone help, but it just sent me to a utterly useless, barren bb website with almost nothing at all posted!

This error mentioned with xml parse not rendering webpages, even simple ones I need to access multiple times daily like email yahoo, etc for personal and business uses are effected by this major, persistent, frequent malfunction of this new bb 8900 phone! How is blackberry staying in business with such shoddy, buggy products and nearly invisible tech support?!

It seems blackberry policy is sell buggy, grossly overpriced technology then disappear when customers encounter problems with their products!
