I don't know about you guys, but every time I click on a KB link here, the BB web site tells me the page no longer exists... Any tips on finding the correct page on the BB site? I've tried, and found the knowledgebase, but no way to find the article in question.

If you have the KB number you can search for KB00000 and you will find it if it still exists.

Okay, I tried that.. So you're saying that RIM dosen't keep their KB docs like M$ does?

RIM recently changed their layout and KB article-serving application (moving from LiveLink to WebLogic, I believe) and thus, the URLs are now different. As mentioned by lotsa-pipes, you can search for the KB article number. Most of the former KB URLs included the title of the article (see below), which could be searched for and found.
