Ive got say 4000 appointments in outlook, and only the 90 days before and after on my device..
Is there a way to sync only the appointments for a select number of days in outlook, to save sync time?

It takes like 10 minutes for the berry to sync, and for reporting issues, I cant delete the previous appointments.
So far ive tried archiving the older appointments but have had no luck..

Im running outlook 2007, DM 3, I think. and a bold.
Ive used many berries, and am no novice at this, but havent had a breakthrough...

Any suggestions?

Ive tried that. I have the blackberry set to sync 90 days prior, and ahead of present date. It still wants to sync all of the appointments in outlook..
Not just the selected 180 days.

Hhhmmm, I'm guessing that you know how much appointments are within the 180 days then?

I would drop the time down to 30 days and see what happens.

Jeezuz cat! That is a little over 22 appointments per day!
