Hi,

We encountered a really strange issue with our 600 new 9800 devices.

We 're using BES 5.0.2 with Domino 8.5.2.

When a user send an internal email through our Domino Server with a Banner or any images, the image which is displayed on the device is not the good one : it's a picture opened in a previous mail

After using the "Memory Cleaning" function, nothing better.

We have tried the 9800 with BES 4.1.6 : same problem.
We have tried a 9000 with BES 5.0.2 : no problem!
We sent about 30 mails with an Outlook Client configuring with Yahoo or Gmail on a 9800 activated on BES 5.0.2 : no problem!

So the problem seems to be between 9800 & Domino.
Someone has encountered this issue?

I've never seen that issue. I couldn't even venture a guess as to what might cause it.
I would open a trouble ticket with RIM t-support.

I've upgraded this morning the firmware of my 9800 with 6.0.0.450 : nothing better

Here is a printscreen showing my issue : in "HTML" view, the image which is displayed is a internal banner, opened previously.
In "Get Plain Text" view, the good image (ie Google results) appears...

do you have any errors in the NSD logs?

Yes, there're MIME type and we have NO error in NSD logs.
Yesterday, my support gave me the KB19925 from RIM, but no better results.

Not better : " << image 1 >> " is displayed on the device.
