Default Email folder help needed

Please Login to Remove!

I am a new Bold user, so apologize if this is a self-inflicted problem. I am on BES, using Outlook. I have a number of email side folders along with my inbox. Normally when I click on the email program it brings up my inbox, as it should. Tonight when I click on the icon, I do not get my inbox, but a complete list of ALL of my messages, including those stored in side folders. If I go to view folders and select the inbox, it opens that folder, but when I hit the "back" key the inbox goes away, the words AT&T appear at the top of the message list and ALL of my stored and active email messages are again in the list. I am going absolutely nuts trying to fix this because the device won't allow me to work in the inbox but keeps throwing me back into the list of all messages. Can someone help me before I tear my hair out?!

Welcome to the forums.

Go into Messages > Options > General Options > Hide Filed Messages = Yes.
