Default Black Berry 8900 Phone User Code Password ??

i forget my password is there way to disbale code coz i need data inside like contacts numbers to not been lost is there way to reset this code or disable it without data inside loss i will be thanxful waiitng a help by the way itry enter code 9 times i just i have one time or the fone it will wipe him self

BlackBerry devices are known for their security. There is nothing you can do other than remember your password. There is no 'default' password on these devices. T

so why the fone wipe him self when enter 10 times wrong password ..there is reset factory default in such this case to reset without delete

No. That is part of the security. If your phone was lost or stolen, would you want someone to be able to put in a default password and have access to all of your information? I don't think you would! So to prevent that, in the event that someone would find your phone and try to enter the password to get into your information, the device would wipe the data for your security. It's the way it is. NO WAY AROUND IT!

You're welcome. Sorry it wasn't the answer you were looking for. If you sync to Outlook, you could use that to get your contacts back.

It's always a good idea to back up your data frequently. I would suggest once a week at the least. Say every Friday is backup day
