I'm not a blackberry user, but I work on the Black Berry Manager.
When i want to lock out a handheld if the user was let go or lost their blackberry i select their name and click on Set password and lock the handheld. But it always picks out the first person in my list, even though i have another user selected.
Can someone please help me with this
This is what i have. I'm using BES through Lotus Notes Domino 6.5.2

I think you might want to call up RIM about this, looks like an issue with the BES.

It is just a cosmetic issue. It still gets sent to the right user. Upgrade to sp2 and it will go away, that is what I did.
