USD or Cdn? and is the 7290 locked to a network?

Sorry, it's AT&T branded, and in EXCELLENT condition. I'm asking $250 USD. I've never tested it to see if it's unlocked, but I got it in January from AT&T National Business Ordering, and I've heard that those are unlocked. I don't have any other sim cards to test it, so I can't guarantee anything. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions!

To check the lock status simply go to:

options > sim card and type m e p d

That will show a list of the locks. They should all show "disabled" for an unlocked device.

They all show "disabled" except for "Network." That one is set to active. Does that mean it's locked?

Sadly yes. That means it is a locked device. I think Only Cingular sells them unlocked. Shame as I was ready to purchase it...

Makes trying to sell them even harder. Can't get what they're worth because people don't want to pay another $120 to get them unlocked :(

Oh well, thanks to all for your help. Anyway, the pot has been sweetened - I just found a BRAND NEW RIM OEM battery when I was packing the phone (forgot that I used the same battery from my last 7280), so that will also be included in the sale. So, in summary:

Like new 7280, all factory contents PLUS:
-deluxe RIM BB leather holster
-upgraded to os 4.0
-extra OEM battery
