Actually, I am not sure if you can get an unlocked 7250.

The "unlocked" term more properly applies to GSM/GPRS BlackBerries.

But Bell Mobility is CDMA .... so I am not sure you can get unlocked. Besides, I know the CDMA carriers are much more restrictive. So there's really little point.
