My new BB has no volume when making a call... the person I'm calling can hear me, but I can't hear them. A few days ago I had no problem and then I thought I'd go messing around with stuff. What did I change? Please help!

NM... got to looking here, pulled the battery and nor I can hear!

So it happened to me again... just like last time, when I was plugging in the charger. Dropped sound on the calls, people could hear me but I couldn't hear them. Pulling the Batt works, but it's a fair pain in the arse to have to not get any calls while I'm charging then have to pull the batt once it's fully charged! What gives?

Return it and get a different one, it's defective.

yes. sounds like a defect. it shouldnt do it at all. even with low battery

I'm going to give it one more shot... hopefully the other two times were just a coincidence because I'm not the original owner. My brother got a new one and I took this one, xferred the phone numbers yadda yadda... so I'm not too sure I'll be able to get anything done about it.
