hi,

i am having data plan and expect yahoo messenger everything working fine.
when i try to login yahoo messenger i am getting error ( service not enable for this handheld) .

another problem not able to update.
not able to update latest version software, now i am having OS 6.0 bundle 863.

i try to update latest version OS 6.0 Bundle 1306.

after download some modules getting error ( an error occurred while downloading software for your device. please verify yout internet connection or try again latter , if the problem persisits.)

please help me how to resolve this problems?

yes i have blackberry data plan.every thing working fine g talk BB Messenger browser etc , only problem with yahoo messenger and update

yes our country support yahoo service , my old BB 8520 and my friends BB yahoo messenger working fine.
