Hello,

I am having problems connecting my Calendar on my Blackberry using OS6 newest update to my MS Exchange Server.
The mail is syncing perfectly yet the Calendar will not sync, even though displaying the correct email address in the Calendar.
I am not using BIS or BES.

Hello,

The phone has been setup on the phone itself for email, just by using the username and password for the email address.
I am assuming this is not using BIS, but I do not have BES.
Will I need BES for the calendar to sync or is this a known problem?
The emails sync perfectly.

If you don't have a BES, you are in the wrong section of this forum. The BES Admin corner is only for questions related to BES.

I guess you are probably connected via IMAP (through BIS) and calendar sync is not possible. Go to your calendar > Options > Accounts. See if you have an option "Wireless Synchronization" and make sure it is ticked. If you don't see that option, calendar sync is not possible.
