I've upgraded my software to .591 but the backup assistant on my Tour never appeared (my wife's did). I tried to reinstall using the application center but the application never appeared in that folder either even after I refreshed it. Does anyone else know where I can download it (preferably OTA)?
Please help. I would love to have this valuable tool.

Does this perform the same functions as the other backup assistant that other Verizon phones use? Just backs up contact to Verizon sever daily, or whenever you set it to.

Is there a monthly fee for this Backup Assistant feature? I know at one time when we were Alltel they offered this feature for a monthly fee. Before I add I wanted to find out if there was a fee attached.
And what about the NFL Mobile Icon that has appeared on my 9630...is there a fee for this service.
When I asked about a fee, I mean a montly fee added to my VZW bill. I know if I use anything like this it is subject to data charges but with the BB plan on VZW I have an unlimited data plan.
Where's the Blackberry Backup Assistant Icon?
