Hi,

I get a authentication box as attached when i open my bb manager.I use win authentication.When i give my full domain name/the username and the password it says logon failure though my credentials are correct..i gave the service accout full persions on the dtaabase side.My three services POLICY ATTACHMENT and SYNC does not seem to start.

Any ideas?

Are you using SQL 2000/2005 or MSDE?

If SQL then you'll need to add the account in the Security in SQL Enterprise Manager (if 2000 or Managment Studio in 2005) then assign the account to the Besmgmt database.
