I have a Blackberry 8700G (T-Mobile)and unlock instructions, but the SIM CARD option is missing from the optins menu. So I cannot follow the instructions. (which I'm happy to part with)

Does anyone know how to get it back.

Sounds like T-Mobile's directions are slightly outdated. They would have worked fine for a handheld with v4.0 installed. Your device uses v4.1.
