Unless you have loaded your 8900 very heavily, it's boot time should always be less than 8320. I have both 8320 and 8900 and I reset both the devices exactly at the same time using QuickPull, the 8900 boots up completely 30 secs before the 8320. I just have BBLight & BBFileScout installed in my 8320 where as my 8900 is pretty loaded up.
