Hi all. I just got my BB 8330 Curve less than a week ago and am loving it. It's been a long road to the BB.
On 9/11 I went to cell store to get one. I spoke with the receptionist because all of the sales people were busy this was my first mistake. She told me a few things about BB that in the end were not correct. I went with a Moto Q9c instead...my second mistake.
Long story short...I had 3 of them. The first 2 kept crashing or rebooting. I thought I liked the Q9c so I said I would try one more. I stopped at the store to pay my bill and they asked how it was going (I was on a first name basis with everyone now) I told them it worked but I didn't like it. Sales told me they want me to be happy and asked if I had thought about the BB. I told them why I went Windows Mobile instead and found out what I had been told (limited web surfing, cannot sync with Outlook) was not correct. I walked out with the Curve. It only took me 3 weeks to get what I originally went to buy. Sorry for long post and basically the moral of this story is "no comparison between BB and Windows Mobile".
I will borrow what I have read here posted by another member... BB is a stable and mature OS. I believe it as I have went the Windows Mobile path and know that Glitz is not a subsitute for function. Welcome to BB world.
