We have been receiving this message on the BES for the last few days.

MailboxManager::CreateProfile (BES_CDO_4272_37) - ConfigureMsgService (81002746) - Ensure that IPv6 is disabled on the Exchange Server or configure the BES to use the closest global catalog server

It is worth noting that the BES is working fine without any problems. No users have reported any problems and wanted to find out why this has been logged.

I have had a look at the following KB article and have followed the steps but this is still occurring does anyone have any other suggestions?

is BES using the closest GC?

We have one exchange server and one DC and IPv6 is disabled on the exchange server and DC. We have not enabled this but the problem still exists.

Any other ideas?
