Default unable to open individual mails in web browser

Please Login to Remove!

I have followed all the great advice on this site and have got my Blackberry 8120 to connect to the web via the wifi. I can look at any site from there. When I go to my webmail site I can sign in to the inbox page and see all my mail and their headers but for some reason the little arrow indicator that is the "mouse" will not change to a hand when I hover over a particular mail. So therefore I cannot get it to open.
Any thoughts out there as to what might be wrong? I have talked my cell phone carrier and they say it must be something to do with my ISP people and my ISP say it must be vodafone.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Wirelessly posted (White and Nerdy)

Well, how do you see the mail? Is it OWA? Or a webmail like gmail/yahoo?

Symon, I don't know what to make of the error message in your last post, but here are my thoughts, for what it's worth:

1 - make sure you have enabled everyting in the browser options, and experiment with emulation

2 - it is possible the blackberry hotspot browser (I assume that is what you are using . . . and that you do not have a blackberry data plan) just cannot resolve the web page fully, or make full use of the web page features

3 - if you haven't already, you could try an aftermarket browser such as opera mini or bolt

4 - a blackberry data plan will make life much simpler for you
