Ok, here goes a long winded question. My company currently has a SBE Enterprise Server with only 5 users. We have upgraded all phones to 4.5.xxx and all is well. Video recorders work great. We use the video to record the condition of real estate properties thus need to video as it is an inhancement to the still pictures. My question are as follows.

1. We still can't watch video that has been emailed to us, we can watch the MMS videos but quality is little low.
2. We have heard that if we switch to the full BES version we will be able to open the videos that are emailed to us on our 8310's. Is this correct?
3. We are wanting to upgrade some of the phone's to the Bold due to contracts expiring but also want to know about the video email option on the bold. Do we have to have the full BES version to email video and open on the Bold.
4. Last quesiton. We currently have the SBE version of Enterprise and could do the update key to get us to the Enterprise Version but is this version capable of opening video on the bold or the curve.

I justed test this with my curve running the latest 4.5 OS. emailed a short video capture to my work email.

Attachment came as a .3GP file type (associated with Quicktime) and played fine.

BES 4.1 SP6
Exchange 2003 SP2

I believe the reason you can view the video is because you are running 4.1.6 BES. This is my question because I only have the SBE of the BES and that is preventing us from viewing the video. So the question is can we view emailed video with the bold on the SBE or do we have to switch to the full BES version no matter what phone we are using? Thanks in advance again.
