Hey all. I just replaced my 8520 with a 9300 through AT&t's insurance department. I am having the same problem again: I did a battery pull because the phone was moving slow, and it gets stuck on the orange att screen and wont boot up. I tried pulling the battery a few more times, but same problem occurs. I tried hooking it up to the computer to restore the phone, but blackberry desktop software wont read the phone (most likely because it wont boot up). The phone software was up to date with the latest 5.0 version b/c att doesnt seem to have released OS6 yet. Does anyone know how to fix this? I really dont feel like sitting on hold with AT&T nor arguing with them over this issue again. My desktop software is up to date by the way.

Any suggestions?
