Default New to BB 9300

Please Login to Remove!

Hey there. I have ordered a Blackberry 9300 and i am fairly new to BB myself. So just wanted to know any thing i need to know about the BB 9300. I have seen some reviews about it, And they pretty damn good. But just wanted to know about any secret hidden stuffs on this 9300 that could be usefull. So if yes just let me know here. And i will get the settings done for it. Would be appreciated. As i am new to BB once i get to know the phone well will make life easier. Also battery life is good? depending on how many apps you are using of course like BBM. apart from that is life any good on it? Thanks

I suggest you read our FAQ, peruse the 9300 section and read the posts there and then read the user guide that comes with the device. Make sure that you get a BB data plan activates on your account to get max use of the device.

And once you receive it, please update your profile to reflect the new BB.

There is no way we can answer your question without overloading your brain.

Battery life depends on your use. What someone else gets is probably not relevant to you. There is a FAQ article on maximizing battery life.

Hey is 6.0 software update any good? Problem with this is if you click on blackberry icon...it will not take you to other application, Instead you have to click on All. minor thing really though. But if i downgrade 5.0 will that effect the handset at all? And suppose that way blackberry icon can come in to play to go in to the main application right?

Why is it when i try to login to my Facebook account. i get an error like, Server to available at this time? I have BB data plan...and all other stuff are working fine. Is it because i got the very latest update or something?

if you downgrade you need to back stuff up as some stuff may get deleted.
