I use the BB to receive emails with my corporate email account, my company uses BES. Can I add more email accounts (POP3 and Hotmail) into the BB in order to receive my private emails also?

Yes. The BIS service will allow you to add up to 10 more.
You'll have to find out from your carrier what the address for your BIS site is, or (if you have it) click the "Email Settings" icon on your homescreen

Sorry to come back with this issue, I couldn´t find the BIS adress of my provider and do not have the email properties at the screen of my BB. I do not want to call the provider help desk because the service is really bad . Can you guide me with other alternatives??

Those are the ONLY two alternatives.

1. Call your carrier.

2. Login to their BIS website either a PC or your BB Browser.
I have looked for the BIS login for Movistar Argentina, I don't see it listed at RIM. I do see Telefonica Argentina.

Hey all, me again :(, in spite of I could add two new email address (one hotmail and the other POP3) I still do not receive emails sent to those addresses at the BB. I am only receiving the messages sent to my corporate address (using BES) Do I need to configure something else to start receiving emails at the BB???

mentreconti--often it takes a little while, maybe more than four hours, for that new email address to register on your BB. It could take up to 24 hours, I have been told, though never seen it take that long.

Try pulling the battery and rebooting the BB, sometimes the service books show up after a battery pull and reboot.

Also, you can try this:

Did you get a "congratulations, your email is activated" message on your BB?

I did not receive the "congratulations" message. I took out the battery and rebooted and selected to send the books again from the providers site. My corporate emails are working fine

give it time, as long as you setup the BIS accounts correctly.

You can read over on our FAQ site more details should not be sure. FAQ link is in my signature below this.

It's possible you have a BES IT policy restricting BIS use. Also, your account with movistar may not be setup for BIS use.
