Nevermind...I opened it up again and it was playing at normal volume...I believe my money will be on its way.

I just realize that I can download links to separate versions of each app after I bought the professional edition. Everything looks the same except the media player which looks sleeker with the black and grey. It also lets you link internet radio stations to play.

As for the full screen play, some of the videos I encoded to take advantage of the full screen has a delay response time, making the video annyoying to watch. So all you really get is the video with black borders for the full screen. Also I find it annoying how when I play the video it's always defaulted to the highest volume. I still think it's a step up from the blackberry media player though, but not much.

When exactly do you get this error message and which link did you try using: feel free to try from this link: QA Install Links from your Blackberry browser - select the software you want to install, it will download and install.

i get this message after it finish downloading and it pops up with the error msg right after using the ota link;

For people facing problems with OTA - I strongly suggest to use Desktop Manager install.
