I have configure my BB to receive my email through OWA, the sync it´s correct but the time frame between sync varies from 10 minutes to 5 hours, sometimes I get a new email without getting past email, and after some hours I will get past emails.... what can I do???

If your on a corporate BES the server may be causing the slow issue. I would talk to the IT group.
