I am confused as to what programs I need on my computer so I can sync my phone to them and see the same thing on my computer. hope this makes sense. I just updated my desktop software to 6.0 and that is sure easier to navigate.

It says it my contacts are syncing with window 7 address book but I have no idea where or what address book it is syncing with.
I would like to do my calender, and also might use my notes and memos a bit more as well.

To use calendar, memos, and tasks (and contacts too), you need Outlook and Desktop Manager.
