For some reason the camera FLASH on my 9630 Tour is not working. I have it always enabled regardless of the light outside but I don't see any flash light at all... have you guys had this problem?

Any help would be appreciated...

Has it ever worked?
Have you tried a battery pull with the device turned on?
Does it work when you turn the video camera on?

I never seen this work before....
I have done a battery pull and it does not work still...
It does NOT work when the video camera is on...

Sounds like a hardware failure.
