Plug your BB into the computer, go into device manager and see if you have and exclamation point on any unknown or USB devices. If you do, delete it and then rescan for new hardware.

That should fix the issue. If it doesn't, then you may have another issue. Reply back with your findings and we will go from there.

I've had this problem in the past too. I've had to remap a drive. To do so, right click on My Computer then chose Manage, then click Disk Management (under Storage) and click on the space that matches the removable drive then right click and it should if you the option to Change Drive Letter and Paths.
