I administer 20 Blackberrys for the company and I am having a problem with a 7100T. When ever the user sends an email from the 7100T the receiving party sees the wrong From name, it is the name of another user. Maybe when setting up the unit I entered the wrong name some where? I have check the BES settings and all the setting on the 7100 but can not find the wrong users name anywhere. The From name reads "From: mike smith [mailto:msmith@tmo.blackberry.net], it shoud be from . The email should be from his company account. The the user somehow set up webmail? How do I turn it off so it goes through the BES?

Additonal information - in viewing Messages/Options/Email Reconcilation on the 7100 the Message Services was set to Web Client. We changed this to Desktop but it has not corrected the name problem. Is there a way to remove Web Client?

You can remove the web client by removing the service book. Go to Settings, Options, Service Book. Click on Web Client and then delete it.
