Hi..

this is my first Blackberry and its driving me mad... its all to do with charging..

i have just brought a new charger and battery and it will not charge..the battery symbol is red and has a ? beside it, sometime if i take the battery out and put it back in it wiil show it has some charge but a message come up "battery is drained, device shutting down.. and thats it... is it knackered or i'm i missing something..
