When sending and email, do you have an option to attach the address which would be a menu option?

From the address book highlight the contact (I have a record for myself) Press the application key and choose Send As attachment for Email or Send to Messenger Contact for BBM.

For MMS compose an MMS, Choose Attach Contact, Choose the contact record to send and you are all set.
