I'm thinking about getting a HTC touch diamond when it is released in the U.S.
What do guys think about this unit

I think it will be horrible. The fact that its running windows mobile. Glitches, reboots and freezing.

HTC puts out some pretty awesome hand helds so I wouldn't dismiss it just yet. The reviews are pretty high so I think we will have to take a look before just trashing it.

I have had windows based phones before and I can't stand the fact that in order to change the slightest thing, I have to go to menu after menu. No Diamond here. I love the BB user interface much, much better...

Yes I had a HTC (Cingular 8125) and it wasnt a very user friendly phone. Like you stated it takes to long just to change on little thing on it.
