Hello all,

I am new to programming for the BB (just received one for this project), but have been assigned to undertake a, albeit minor, project for our director of IS. He is looking for a way to create URL links on the BB homepage, without having to open the browser and select a bookmark.

Has anyone done this? Any tips or examples?

What you are trying to do is called a "Channel Push". You push one or more web pages to the device and they appear as icons on the home page.

Is/can the Chanel Push permanent? I thought I had read that this goes away once it is accessed.

I believe the channel stays on the home page till you send a delete message.
