We have an organization wide issue that is easy to replicate...

A user receives and accepts a calendar invite on their Blackberry. The calendar item be it new, or an update, appears in Outlook and appears in OWA.

IT DOES NOT APPEAR IN ENTOURAGE 2008.

We have opened a case with RIM and were told it is not a supported configuration.

We have opened a case with Microsoft and were deferred to RIM.

Does anyone have this working & if so can you post your config?

We are running Exchange 2003 (4 backend, 1 frontend) and BES 4.1 with latest updates on BES and Exchange. Entourage version 12.1.5

Not really a solution other than to tell you that I hate Entourage with a passion. We've come across this a ton. We've had great results with the new Exchange Web Services Beta update for Entourage. It no longer uses WebDav. However, this release is only for Exchange 2007.

Hate to say it, but to get the best results, upgrade to Exchange 2007 and wait for the Entourage EWS update.

You can try solving Calendar sync issues by clearing the Entourage Calendar cache. This usually solved any issues we have. It will eventually come back. Educating users on how to clear the cache might be worthwhile. They'll do it often.
