Default T-Mobile Phone Upgrade

I want to upgrade my current 8320 to the new 8900. Problem is, I dont think im eligible for an upgrade. When I try it only give me a internet discount of like 40 dollars. Is there anyway to upgrade for cheaper or is there any other solutions? Suggestions would be great! Thanks.

Best way is to call 611 from your Tmobile phone (call is free). The customer service reps can usually tell you what's the best deal available for you at the moment.

If your internet discound is only 40 dollars then you aren't eligible for your full discount yet. The only way to get a better deal would be to harass customer care and hope that they offer you a special deal. Which is unlikely, but hey give it a shot

Convert your plan to a family plan with shared minutes. Add the second line (no extra cost). Get the full discount

how long has it been since you upgraded (got a new phone) ?
Are you having any problems with the 8320? Do you have a data plan?

I sold my 8320 on eBay and bought a used 8900 the same way and made a profit.
