After upgraded the BES server, i can't see unused/free licenses. I used to see this information under property of Blackbeery Manager in legacy Blackbeery Manager-snap in.

Where can i see it?

1. In BlackBerry Manager, select BlackBerry Domain.
2. In the right window pane, expand Account, then click License Management.
3. Check total CAL = record as "A"
4. Check total users added under BlackBerry Domain = record as "B"
5. Number of free CAL = "A" - "B"
-> If approaching ZERO or negative, time to purchase new CALs.

Thanks. It seems there is no easier way. I will use legacy snap-in then. I thought they should make it easier

You can use SNMP to monitor available licenses. Check the administration guide or the daily_monitoring pdf for further details.
