I am trying to configure my BES to allow some of my help desk guys setup and activate / reactivate BES users. What permisions do I need to give their accounts to be able to install the MMC on their machines and let them connect and do their work?? Thanks!

It all depends on which version of BES you have. As a rule of thumb, always post that when you ask a question around here

If its an older version, you will need to give them access to the BB database. Not a feat I would trust my helpdesk to at all.

Sorry about that. The posting etiquette totally went out the window when I posted this.

I am running 4.1 w/ SP2. For Exchange 2003. Database is SQL 2000sp4. I want my support desk to be able to reset enterprise activations and setup email folders to be redirected. If you could even just point me to the right docs I am sure I can figure it out. I have not been able to find any info in the docs about this..

Ah! I belive you are in luck. The thing you need to look for is "Role Administration". Check it out by searching for Role Based Administration or checking here.
