Default What are the correct steps

Please Login to Remove!

I have installed BES and everything was working except for events entered in the BB don't get to Outlook.
I did a reinstall under the besadmin account and still nothing. I checked the services and they are listed as besadmin.
What could be the next thing to try.
Also when i did the reinstall it duplicate all the contacts and calendar events.

Need More Info.. what type of mail server (I can assume exchange) what version, what version of BES, do you have other devices working or is this your only one. Did you manage to get the device activate, what type of device..post some of this info and you'll get a more fruiful response.

My guess is 1 or 2 out of the following: -

1) Provisioning of your SIM card by your network..you need to pay extra $$$ to be on the BES plan...If you are not on the BES plan then it won't work

2) Permissions of the BES account over the Exchange (assumed) mail server.

3) Permissions of the BES account over the Exchange (assumed) mail server.

4) Permissions of the BES account over the Exchange (assumed) mail server.

5) Permissions of the BES account over the Exchange (assumed) mail server.

6) Permissions of the BES account over the Exchange (assumed) mail server.

7) Provisioning of your SIM card by your network..you need to pay extra $$$ to be on the BES plan...If you are not on the BES plan then it won't work

Default Yes it is exchange

exchange Server 2003 SP2
BES 4.1.2.25

This is only for one device. I was activated fine. I sends and recieves email. and it gets events that were entered in Outlook. just not the other way around.

The BES is the free one that comes with any BB service. It has been working except for that one thing so I don't think it is something i have to pay for to get that to work.
The BB is a 7150 or 7250

I checked the troubleshooting pdf from the website and i seem to have all the right permissions on the Besadmin account. but i will double check.

Default Its on

The wireless sync is on.
I even read a KB about turning if off for 5 mins and then back on. That didn't work.

I believe that you get a certain amount of free tech support from RIM for that. They are extremly helpful and I highly suggest calling them if its free.
