Hi,
I am brand new here and trying to get a little info on installing BES 4.1.2. During the install (specifically during the database part) it asked if I wanted to upgrade my current sql database (or something like that) and I selected yes. My question is...does the BES 4.1.2 install automatically MSDE automatically during the part of the istall? The version running on this system now (Win2003 SP1) is 8.0. I believe there may have been an older version already installed but not real sure. At this point, I am just not sure if my database is setup correctly yet. Any help is appreciated.

If this is an upgrade, it will detect which database is configured for BES and upgrade it only.
